^{Andy Reid became the head coach of the Kansas City Chiefs on January 4th, 2013 after a long tenure with The Philadelphia Eagles, with mediocre success. Reid took over a 2-14 Kansas City Chiefs team badly in need of immediate change. Andy is most associated with the offense of a football team, and more specifically the passing aspect of that offense. This is an area that the Chiefs were simply terrible in during the past 5 years.}

2013 Season - Setting Records 

Reid came into Kansas City firing on all cylinders, LITERALLY. Reid cleaned house at 1 Arrowhead Drive by firing most of the staff and bringing in his own people from Philly and other areas. After that was done, Andy went on to win his first NINE games in the 2013 regular season, setting record after record for teams who were terrible one year and then great the very next. The team ended up falling apart in the first round of the playoffs, but as Chiefs fans will tell you "any time you're still watching the Chiefs in December and it still MATTERS then you know they're having a good season and we'll take it."
