^{Herm Edwards was the 10th head coach of the ^{Kansas City Chiefs,
although not extremely successful while in Kansas City, he was fondly
remembered and the fans will never forget Herm. Herm was known for
his post game interviews in which he seemed to speak in a completely
different language. Known to fans as "Buggy Bear", Herm Edwards
would talk very rapidly in a circle when he described a game that he
just coached. Herm's ramblings can still be heard today in his
commentaries for ESPN as an NFL analyst. Herm would say something
like (very quickly and with conviction) "well, we know they gonna
run the ball, and then they probably gonna pass the ball, and we have to
run the ball - hell we KNOW they gonna run the ball, and we need to make
sure that we defend the pass and that we pass the ball" and so
on...}}

one-on-one basis and is very adept at motivating players to give 110%.
